Explore the ways how to use SHARK, backtest your strategy and make real profits.

UNLOCK THE POWER OF AUTOMATED TRADING

SHARK, our new Expert Advisor (EA), is a fully automated trading system designed to catch retracements following significant market moves. It identifies optimal entry points without the need for constant chart-watching, helping traders maximize profit from price corrections.

Main entry signal is a combination of RSI and amoment when MA is crossing actual price. It helps us withstand large trending moves and gives a clearer signal when the trend starts to return.

The system is highly flexible and can be configured to suit various trading styles:

1) Open only one or two trades with fixed Stop Loss and if retracement has not been caught, leave the market, or

2) Use it as a Grid system, opening positions in structured levels, or

3) Enable Martingale logic to scale into the market, etc.

The EA adapts to your strategy - you stay in control of the risk and behavior.

While fully automated, the EA also offers simple manual controls for advanced users. You can trigger or close trades manually, pause new market entries (e.g., ahead of high-impact news), or close all positions across the account — all with a single click. This makes it an ideal solution for both passive and active traders.

With SHARK you can identify for example: A) overbought/oversold zones incl. crossing Moving Average indicator, B) significant moves in pips for a custom period, C) candle trends, D) large candles on a custom timeframe (counted from Open or High/Low prices), or combine some of these conditions.

KEY FEATURES

Exact trade entries

5 entry conditions gives you a full control over your trades. You can combine conditions or turn few conditions off. Find the best balance between lax and strict entries for your strategy and make profits.

Precise grid trades (level 2+)

Grid trades are not opened blindly only by a market movement as a classic grid EA. SHARK uses a special RSI condition, incl. Moving Average indicator crossing to indicate a good time to open next level.

Retracement indication

Our goal is to catch retracements. If you stay in market longer, the risk increases. Important feature is to indicate a retracement and go out of the market if a retracement was not sufficient.

Pair priority

More pairs fulfill the criteria to enter the market? SHARK counts a coefficient per entry condition you chose and open that pair which is closest to extreme values and gives highest chance for retracement.

Flexible market leaves

Not only fixed TP/SL. SHARKS gives you more ways how to leave a market, e.g. closing after x minutes, and/or closing after a retracement, Trailing SL, closing after the Inaccurate Entry indication, etc.

Account exposure

'Overtrading' is a usual trader's problem. Do not allow this happens to you with a strict limit of total pairs or single currencies traded at one moment. 'Crossing' feature included in PRO version.

No sign-up fee for each variant

Demo trading and backtesting enabled

Possibility to trade on demo account and backtest your strategies

Grid trades algorithm

Criteria needs to be met not only for initial (level 1) trade, as classic grid system, but also for every grid trade (level 2+)

Equity protection

'Equity protection' closes all trades when drawdown reaches set %age (e.g. 50%), then software will not open new trades/series until restart

Maximum pairs and currencies limit

Possibility to limit count of open pairs and single currencies (EUR, USD, etc.) at the same time

MA crossing actual price confirmation

Moving Average indicator crossing actual price as second RSI confirmation for trade entry.

Example: if you enter at RSI 70+ for sell, EA waits until MA (per your settings) crosses actual price. It indicates coming retracement and better position for entry. In reality you can enter e.g. at RSI 80 instead of 70 and have higher chance to catch a retracement.

Candle size check

Possibility to use MinMove feature not only for selected range of candles, but aslo to check single candles if they made necessary no. of pips either from Open price, or from High/Low.

Example: If latest M1 candle did 20 pips from Open price down => enter Buy.

Crossing currencies (for max. currencies limit)

Limit count of open currencies is enabled also in Free version. 'Crossing' feature is checking also exposition of each currency. If you limit USD pairs to 2 open pairs and there are opened 2 pairs for increasing USD, why not to open 3rd or 4th pair for its decreasing? Risk will not be higher if USD will still keep increasing and you will have additional profit

Grid Trades RSI multiplier

If you're using Grid Trades RSI for next levels, you can use Range. That means each level will need to fulfill higher RSI. E.g. if Range is 3, then: lvl-2 at RSI 73, lvl-3 at RSI 76, etc. With Multiplier you can multiply this Range with any value, e.g. 1.5. Then: lvl-2 at RSI 73, lvl-3 at RSI 77.5, etc. There is also added field for maximum Range.

Trailing Stop Loss - remove Take Profit

If Trailing Stop Loss is active, it can remove Take Profit to possibly get higher profit than original TP.

'Drawdown limit' disables opening new series when drawdown reaches set %age (e.g. 10%), but it doesn't close any trade and it is still managing open series/trades until they are closed

Maximum pairs and currencies limit

Possibility to limit count of open pairs and single currencies (EUR, USD, etc.) at the same time

Event calendar (forexfactory.com)

Fundamental events have very often big impact on the market. With FFC (ForexFactory.com Calendar) you can filter those events by time range and importancy and 1) fully avoid trading or 2) just to make entry conditions for all trades more strict

Backtesting with historical events

As described in previous field, also backtesting results will be very different with or without fundamental calendar. We have database of all events from 2019 and is updated monthly at the beginning of new month

Crossing currencies (for max. currencies limit)

Limit count of open currencies is enabled also in Free version. 'Crossing' feature is checking also exposition of each currency. Risk will not be higher if USD will still keep increasing and you will have additional profit

MinMove and CandleTrend entry conditions

'MinMove' is an entry condition developed by our team. It checks if there was sufficient movement which is beneficial when the market is calm and there are low moves which makes the RSI more sensitive for each pip

'CandleTrend' entry condition checks the direction of x last candles at set timeframe. It gives you another way how to identify the retracement

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Shark EA?

SHARK is an automated trading system for MetaTrader 4 designed to identify retracements after significant market movements. It combines smart entry logic, advanced trade management, and risk-control mechanisms to improve consistency and performance.

Which trading platform does SHARK support?

SHARK EA is developed exclusively for MetaTrader 4 (MT4).

Is there a trial period?

Yes, PRO version has 2-weeks trial period when you can test all SHARK's features for free. You will be charged after this period if you will not cancel the subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can. License is extended on a monthly basis, so once you cancel your subscription, you can still use SHARK until your license expires. If you cancel during 2-weeks trial period, you will not be charged.

Do I have to find new members?

No! You don't need to find new members. We are planning to launch an affiliate program but only as a bonus for current customers who would like to build an extra income. Customers who will not join the program will not have EA functioning disadvantages compared to customers who will use the program.

Is SHARK a grid system or a single-trade system?

Both. You can choose between:

  • Single-entry mode (one trade per signal), or
  • Grid mode, where SHARK manages multiple trades and adjusts lot sizes dynamically.
How does SHARK manage risk?

Risk is handled through features like:

  • Maximum exposure limits per currency
  • Controlled number of pairs traded
  • AutoClose, CloseAfter, and Time-based exits
  • Dynamic lot sizing (Zoning)
  • Manager-Slave architecture preventing overtrading
What is the architecture and how does it work?

SHARK system consists of two EAs - Manager and Slave. The Manager supervises all Slave instances and manages overall risk, while Slave controls single currency pair's settings.

Manager controls:

  • Currency exposure
  • Number of open pairs
  • Directional balance (Incr/Decr)
  • Authorization for opening new trades with prioritization
  • It ensures safe operation across multiple pairs and prevents overrisking.

Slave controls:

  • Entry settings
  • Lot size
  • Exit settings

You can set each currency pair with different settings.

Does SHARK work on all currency pairs?

SHARK supports 28 major currency pairs and actually we are testing also gold and silver.

Can I customize the settings?

Absolutely. Almost every condition is adjustable - from entry filters to lot sizing, trend confirmations, RSI behavior, MA parameters, and exit logic.

Does SHARK trade 24/5 automatically?

Yes. Once attached to charts and correctly configured, SHARK runs fully automatically during market hours.

What timeframes does SHARK support?

You can run it on most standard timeframes (M1–D1), depending on your strategy and risk preference.

Do I need a VPS?

It is strongly recommended to run SHARK on a stable, always-on VPS to ensure continuous operation, especially if you use multiple Slaves with the Manager.

Is possible to get SHARK for free?

Yes, it is. We have 1) Demo and 2) PRO version. Demo is completely free, but you cannot use premium features. But the main risk features are also contained in Demo version. However PRO version gives you access to all fully customizable features giving you more possibilities. We also have 2-weeks trial period when you can test PRO version. During trial period you will not be charged.

What is the minimum recommended deposit?

It's up to your strategy. If you're using 'one trade per entry', it is possible to trade from $100 with appropriate risk management. But for grid strategies we recommend to use at least $1.000, but it has to be adjusted to concrete strategy. We highly recommend to backtest your strategy before trading real account.

Does SHARK use martingale?

Not in the traditional sense. SHARK uses controlled grid positioning and Zoning-based lot sizing, not uncontrolled martingale doubling.

Can I use SHARK on multiple accounts?

Depends on licensing. One license covers one MT4 account. Additional accounts require additional licenses. But you can simply change your trading account number in our customer zone.

Can beginners use SHARK?

Yes, but basic knowledge of MT4 and risk management is needed. The EA is powerful, so understanding settings is important. We provide explanation videos for all SHARK's features, but we are not a Forex academy which will teach you what is 'BUY/SELL position', 'RSI indicator', etc.

Is support available?

Yes, support is available on our official Telegram account, but regarding SHARK's cases. We are not Forex academy which will teach you what is 'BUY/SELL position', 'RSI indicator', etc.

BETA IS HERE

The EA is currently in its BETA stage of development. In this phase, the software is considered feature-complete but may still contain minor bugs. The BETA release allows traders to familiarize themselves with the Expert Advisor’s functionality while helping to identify any remaining issues before the final live-account version is released. This stage is a critical step towards ensuring the EA is robust and reliable upon a full launch.

Purpose of the Beta Release

The primary goal of the Beta phase is to gather real-world feedback and refine the EA based on that input. Experienced users are encouraged to run the EA under various market conditions and report any anomalies or unexpected behaviors. This collaborative testing approach helps identify bugs and fine-tune the strategy’s performance. Every bit of user feedback is invaluable, directly contributing to improvements and optimizations that will be incorporated into the final product. In essence, the Beta test ensures that by the time the EA goes live for real accounts, it has been vetted by a community of skilled traders and each weakness has been addressed.

As a small but growing team, we have currently limited capacity and are not yet ready to release the software to the global public counting hundreds/thousands people. For this reason, we’re inviting just up to 20 experienced traders to join our closed Beta program before going-live.

Selected participants will get free access to the software (PRO version) and have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback — not only on potential bugs, but also on features or improvements that would make the tool even more effective in real trading environment.

As a thank-you, the traders who contribute the most during the Beta phase will receive free access to the PRO version for some time once the EA goes live. Once software is going live, we are also planning an affiliate program for new users. Get the advantage and join us at the beginning.
